Ever Connected
Define which system owns customers, products, inventory, invoices and payments before moving data. Agree identifiers, tax and UoM mappings, sync direction, error handling and reconciliation. Connector status is a delivery commitment, not a logo collection.
Choose the source of truth for each record
Standalone suits a team that wants Ever to manage its selected daily operations without waiting for a connector. Connected suits a business retaining an existing ERP or accounting system. A customer may be shared, but an invoice must not be independently posted in both systems without an agreed policy. Decide ownership, identifiers and the approved direction of movement for customers, products, stock, invoices and payments.
Test the exception as well as the happy path
For a connected rollout, test a duplicate customer, a changed unit of measure, a rejected invoice and a temporary outage. Agree who reviews failures and how records are reconciled before retrying. Connector availability is separate from package size: Odoo 19 is Coming Soon, and other systems retain their published status. A custom integration request starts a scoping discussion; it is not instant activation.
