Ever Connect

Give your ERP more power.

Make the systems you already use fit the way your business actually works. Use Ever as a focused operational platform on its own, or plan a governed connection to your ERP, accounting and analytics systems.

Ever Standalone or Ever Connected

Ever can manage specialized daily work without depending on an ERP. When an ERP is already established, keep it authoritative where appropriate and use Ever for the operational workflows your teams need. A solar survey, service work order or dealer follow-up can have its own useful workspace while agreed records connect to accounting or ERP. The goal is a coherent process with clear ownership, not two systems silently competing to update the same truth.

Start with a system-of-record map

Decide which system creates the customer identifier, owns product codes and units, records stock movement and posts accounting entries. Specify the direction of each data flow, required fields, matching rules and what happens when a record changes. An integration should preserve the originating identity and avoid duplicate invoices, payments or stock movements. Bidirectional synchronization is a design decision that needs explicit conflict rules, not a default marketing promise.

A practical first connection

For a service company with an existing ERP, the first scope might be approved customer/product references and a reviewed commercial handoff. Define an acceptance example with a created record, an update, a duplicate delivery attempt and a failed request. Reconcile the resulting records in both systems before expanding the scope. The specific objects, API availability and write permissions depend on the external system and the agreed implementation.

Operate the connection after launch

A connection needs a named owner, health visibility, bounded retries, failed-message review and a reconciliation process. Ever Connect provides the integration technology foundation; each accepted connector still needs its own configuration, credentials, scope and testing. Keep secrets in authorized server-side storage rather than website forms or public content. Changes to an ERP module or API version should trigger a compatibility review.

Availability means an accepted connector

The catalog distinguishes Available, Beta, Coming Soon, Planned and On Request. An API existing in another product does not mean an Ever connector has been built and accepted. Odoo remains Coming Soon. ERPNext/Frappe, Dolibarr, Tryton and iDempiere are also Coming Soon; accounting roadmap and enterprise/on-request entries retain their stated status. Power BI belongs to analytics, not the ERP category.

Coming Soon — but you don’t have to wait

If your business needs an integration now, Ever Digital can scope and build a custom connection for you. Start with the system name/version, hosting arrangement, workflow, required records and intended direction of synchronization. We will use that to define a testable scope and acceptance plan. Do not send passwords or production exports with an initial enquiry. If your system is not listed, request an integration discovery discussion.

Your questions, answered

Is Odoo integration available today?

The standard connector remains Coming Soon. The existence of Odoo APIs or an Ever Connect foundation does not change that status. Request a custom scope if you need a connection sooner.

Will Ever overwrite my ERP accounts?

No automatic overwrite is promised. Define data ownership and approved write paths before implementation; posted finance and stock need explicit reconciliation and acceptance rules.
