Storage, AI credits, quotation usage, active jobs, branches and API usage are different allowances. Read the quantities and periods in your current package and account; package names alone do not define the limits.

Follow the workflow

  • Open the account usage view and identify the allowance that is near its limit.
  • Check whether the allowance measures a period’s usage or work that is active now.
  • Review eligible additional capacity and its effective dates before requesting a change.
  • For files, use supported formats and keep each upload within the 8 MiB limit.
  • Resolve the specific allowance rather than removing financial or service history.

Before you continue

Unlimited internal users does not mean unlimited storage or AI credits. Deleting a quotation does not refund an allowance already counted for the period.

No. Capacity increases an eligible allowance; product access follows the subscription’s product selection.
