Follow the workflow

  • Record the external system, version, hosting and business owner.
  • List the records needed and which system should own each type.
  • Define matching keys, direction, duplicate handling and review responsibility.
  • Provide a sanitized example of the desired handoff and an exception.
  • Agree acceptance checks and provider permissions before exchanging live data.
