Packages, product selection and renewal

A package defines the permitted product selection and included capacity. The active subscription records the company’s agreed products, dates and price. Public offers can change without rewriting an existing agreement.

Follow the workflow

• Read the current package’s selection rule rather than inferring it from the package name.
• Confirm the selected products, billing period, storage and other allowances.
• Review the start/end dates and final agreement before activation or a package change.
• Before renewal, check the current subscription and the amount actually offered for renewal.
• If a subscription is suspended or expired, use the available account and billing recovery path.

Removing a product can hide its protected workspaces while retaining history. Capacity and product changes do not imply automatic proration or a refund.
