Maintenance contracts and recurring visits
An AMC records the customer, coverage period, visit frequency and agreed service context. Generate visits from the contract so the source agreement remains visible. Generic Field service does not require a solar installation.
Follow the workflow
- Open the maintenance agreement and verify the customer, dates and frequency.
- Review the service scope and any price/currency information you are authorized to see.
- Activate the agreement only when the schedule is ready, then generate visits through the intended date.
- Open each generated work order to confirm the team, appointment and checklist.
- Review upcoming coverage and renewal before the agreement ends.
Before you continue
Generating a visit does not collect payment. Once a schedule has generated work, material changes to its agreement may require pausing it and creating a new schedule.
