Ever Trade: reservations, deliveries and returns

A Trade order keeps the agreed customer quantities visible while stock is reserved, delivered in parts and returned when needed. Purchasing and customer delivery remain separate records.

Follow the workflow

  • Open the customer order and review products, agreed quantities and source quotation where present.
  • Choose an authorized warehouse and reserve available stock.
  • Record the quantity actually delivered; keep remaining quantities open.
  • For a return, reference the original delivery and record only the quantity being returned.
  • Review the linked invoice and payment separately from warehouse movements.

Before you continue

A stock return does not prove a cash refund. Repeated requests should reuse the supported action’s result; do not create a new order to conceal a shortage or duplicate delivery.
