Ever Solar: from accepted quote to handover
A solar installation links the customer, accepted scope, materials, tasks, commissioning and handover evidence. Use the installation record to keep the delivery team working from the same information.
Follow the workflow
- Review the accepted quotation and its chosen delivery workflow.
- Open the linked installation and check schedule, team and material requirements.
- Reserve and consume materials through the supported actions; resolve shortages and record required serial numbers.
- Finish tasks and commissioning checks, then record the handover name and date.
- Complete the installation only after all completion checks pass; review generated warranties and the handover package.
